A WILD & WONDROUS DAY OUT

The Journey North
We leave Glasgow in the morning, easing into the day with coffee, gentle conversation, and the moment where you realise, “Ah, this is going to be good.” As we drive into the Highlands, the landscape shifts, the hills rise, the air cools, the mood deepens. We’ll stop at a quiet viewpoint or two along the way to get your first proper taste of Highland scenery.

The Heart of Glencoe
Once we reach Glencoe, we explore its dramatic valleys, towering ridges, waterfalls, and lesser-known corners. Expect plenty of stops for photos, stories, and the occasional “wow.”
Depending on weather and what calls to us that day, we might:​

• Wander around some peaceful trails

• Explore the foot of the Three Sisters

• Visit hidden viewpoints the big tours don’t go near

• Discover tucked-away waterfalls with ancient tales
   

This is not a rushed day.
We go slow, we explore, we breathe the mountain air, and we follow the rhythm of the land.

Stories, History & A Wee Bit of Myth
Glencoe is full of tales - clan histories, battles, tragedies, folklore, and a few mysteries.
I’ll share stories that bring the landscape to life, from ancient clans to moody spirits of the glen.

Optional Mini-Hikes
If you’re up for stretching your legs, we have options:

• Gentle strolls to scenic viewpoints

• Moderate hikes into hidden valleys

• A more strenuous trail if the group wants something wilder
   

If it rains?
Great! Glencoe in the mist is one of Scotland’s finest moods.

Lunch
We can stop at a café or pack a picnic for a scenic lunch spot.
(Up to you or weather-dependent.)

The Journey Home
On the way back, we take our time, stopping at viewpoints or small Highland villages.
It’s a day that sits with you, in the best possible way.
